This site has many links to external web sites. Often those other external web sites reorganize their web site, and therefore the link we provide for a particular page on their web site may be different. The Web Consortium (the folks that set the web standards) suggest when web sites are reorganized that the new site maintain links for the old page layout as re-direct links to the new pages. By doing this, users will be able to reach the intended page, and web developers will more easily be able to change their web site to the new page. Sadly, most web site re-organizations do not adhere to the standards, and therefore our links may fail. As a result, our pages have to be checked every so often to ensure our links continue to work. It is a tedious job, so it is not done as often as the changes made externally happen. All we can do is apologize, and do our best in the meantime.
