Florence Futures Foundation, Inc. operates a web site (historicflorence.org) that maintains a level of respect by publishing only material that we have the rights to place in the public. To continue to maintain this level of respect, we require all submitted material to be legal for publishing by the submitter.
Submitted photos must have approval from the photographer. The photographer is the person that took the photo, not necessarily the owner of the camera. Use our model release form and accompany the release with the photo.
Submitted graphic images must have approval from the creator. The creator is the person that drew the graphic image, not necessarily the creator of the final image file. Use our graphic image release form and accompany the release with the graphic image.
