Saturday, May 11th – Sunday, 12th, 2024: Florence Days, 10 A.M. - ?

Florence celebrates its heritage each year with a parade and lots of other activities; this year (2024) the parade was on the Saturday of the second full weekend. The attractions were open both days (the entire weekend). The Florence Days celebration is organized by the Florence Historical Foundation.

Florence Days - second full weekend of May (11th-12th), 2024
- Saturday, May 11th, 2024: Florence Days Parade, 1:00-3:00 P.M. from Miller Park to McKinley Street. See Details | See pictures from the 2007 parade.
- Thursday, May 16th – Saturday, 18th, 2024 and Thursday, May 9th – Saturday, 11th, 2024: Florentine Players Melodrama,
